All games took place at the New England Sports Center in Marlborough, Mass. from Thursday, November 8, 2018 to Sunday, November 11, 2018 for 15 Only Tier I, 16U & 18U Tier I & II Divisions.

18U Tier I Championship - The Boston Jr. Eagles won 4-2 against the Neponset Valley River Rats. Next stop, USA Hockey Nationals in Grand Rapids, Michigan from April 3, 2019 to April 8, 2019.

18U Tier II Championship - The South Shore Kings won 4-1 against the Neponset Valley River Rats.  Next stop, USA Hockey Nationals in San Jose, California from April 4, 2019 to April 9, 2019.

16U Tier I Championship - The Cape Cod Whalers won 6-1 against the Neponset Valley River Rats.  Next stop, USA Hockey Nationals in Grand Rapids, Michigan from April 3, 2019 to April 8, 2019.

16U Tier II Championship - The South Shore Kings won 4-2 against the Neponset Valley River Rats.  Next stop, USA Hockey National in Plano, Texas from April 4, 2019 to April 8, 2019.

15 Only Tier I Championship - The Cape Cod Whalers won 4-3 in OT against the Neponset Valley River Rats.  Next stop, USA Hockey Nationals in Plymouth, Michigan from April 3, 2019 to April 8, 2019.

14U Tier I & II NB Tournament - Friday, March 8, 2019 to Sunday, March 10, 2019 at Rodman Arena, Walpole, Mass.

Non-National Bound Youth & Girls State Championships will take place this upcoming weekend for 19U Girls Tier III, 18U Midget Tier II Large, Small & Tier III.

National Bound Girls State Championships  for 19U Tier I & II, 16U Tier I & II will take place Thanksgiving weekend at NESC.
