Liz Keady Norton Appointed Girls CCM High Performance Program Director

Massachusetts Hockey is pleased to announce that Liz Keady Norton (Braintree, MA) has been selected as the new Girls CCM High Performance Program Director.

Keady Norton’s hockey journey includes a four-years at Princeton University followed by a few seasons with the U.S. National team and an esteemed coaching career. This includes three years serving as head coach of the Dartmouth College women’s ice hockey team. Now Keady Norton will start a new path coaching at her alma mater, Milton Academy. Keady Norton’s credentials also include serving as the head coach of Team USA who won a gold medal at the 2024 IIHF Under-18 Women’s World Championship. Keady Norton will return as the head coach of the 2025 U.S. Under-18 Women’s National Team.

The Girls High Performance Director will work alongside Massachusetts Hockey to oversee the evaluation process for selections from Massachusetts to the USA Hockey National Development Camps. This includes the USA Hockey National 15, 16/17 and U18 Select camps as well as the Girls 14 Regional Camp. 

Stephen Palmacci, President of Massachusetts Hockey, expresses his enthusiasm, saying "We are thrilled that Liz will be joining us in this expanded role. Her experience with our programs in the past and her desire to keep developing our players make her an ideal person to lead the evaluation process.”

Liz resides with her husband Walter and their three kids. They will be moving to Milton Academy's campus this August.
