We are excited to continue the beloved tradition of awarding Massachusetts players with USA Hockey award patches. Starting in January of 2023, we are streamlining the process to request all USA Hockey Patches and will utilize an online registration portal. Once the online registration is submitted, Mass Hockey will process and mail the patch to the individual that completed the form. 

Please note: only COACHES may request the patches…this helps prevent duplications and/or multiple requests for the same player.

The three awards that players may be eligible for include: 

Hat Trick - Patch for any player who scores 3 goals in a single USA Hockey sanctioned game

Playmaker - Patch for any player who records 3 assists in a single USA Hockey sanctioned game

Zero Club - Patch for any goalie who records a shutout in a single USA Hockey sanctioned game

These patches are an amazing way to give recognition to your players and to celebrate their achievements throughout the hockey season.
