The teams listed below have registered to participate in the Youth 2021-2022 Massachusetts Hockey State Championship Tournaments, National Bound 18U, 16U, 15 Only & 14U Tier I and 18U, 16U & 14U Tier II. These teams are ONLY registered and are not yet approved to participate in the National Bound State Championships until all the necessary requirements have been met.
